The Honda Civic is owned by my wife. I asked her to take the Civic to Rock to enjoy better service than Penske Honda. To help persuade her, I offered to pay for the service on her vehicle. Actually you are doing my wife a great disservice by not acknowledging the vehicle and payments are hers. Why?? Is it because she is a woman? I think you better contact my wife, Adriana Stivers, ****-****-xxxx. This is almost sexist in nature. Yes she’s a little pissed. Send the survey to my wife and get her view of Rock Honda Service.
