Estella was great and apologetic. The girl who checked me in Horrible. I had an appointment that I made online waited for 25 minutes to be helped then the girl rushes me out not Estella. I completely forgot to ask for a car wash over all wasn’t happy about it. When I come back to pick up my car I believe he is the manager kept asking me the same question about who helped me? hello you can keep asking me but if I say I don’t know I don’t know. Very off putting horrible customer service. I have been taking my car here for years now I will think twice before coming back. $89 oil change isn’t worth it especially bad customer service
