First of all, I asked ahead of time when scheduling my vehicle drop off for service, if there would be a shuttle drop off available for me to get back to work. I specifically asked because I was planning on taking my vehicle during my hour lunch. I asked again when in line for service just to obtain reassurance. I waited for 45 minutes and wasn’t given an update. I finally had to call a Lyft driver, and arrived late to work. Which threw off my whole work schedule. Patients were moved and rescheduled. Then I requested a shuttle pickup to my place of employment to retrieve my vehicle from Honda, after being notified an hour ahead that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Was seen promptly by my service representative and payment was made immediately upon arrival to wait another hour for someone to bring my vehicle to the front. I asked several people running around where to wait and where my vehicle was. One gentleman finally located it and sent a technician to bring it to the front. The gentleman who had located it passed me by several minutes later and saw me still waiting. When he went upfront he saw my car parked and in his own words said, “OMG, this is what happens when you asked someone to do something for you, no communication.” I couldn’t agree more! There is no organization and a lack of communication between staff. Very frustrating and disappointed in this service department. Not only was I inconvenienced, I was late to my first and second place of employment, AND I didn’t see my kids at all. Next time be frank with customers and don’t guarantee something you can’t deliver.
