My first time visiting Honda in the service department. I did not have an appointment and there was no cars waiting. It took 15-20mins to have a rep come talk to me. I even had to ask the girls who were checking the cars in what the hold was and she didn’t know. Once I did finally get to the counter to discuss what service I was getting the rep had no knowledgement of what the past services were already done. I bought the car used and only had it for 3 months. The key battery was already dying and I never got the 2nd key that was promised to me from the salesman. Good thing I questioned everything of not I would have been charged for unnecessary services and a replacement key that was never given in the first place! Amanda did try her best to make things right as best as should could and that might of been the only reason I stayed and didn’t walk out. Very disappointed with this dealership. Very helpful to sell you a car but after that I guess your on your own. I was told my first oil change would of been freee and a owners manuel would also be provided but again I didn’t get either. I won’t be going back to this place again or referring anyone to this location.
