Everyone was very friendly specially my service representative. But many people did not wear a mask and one particular employee when I sat at his desk, he had his mask off and started to talk to me without a mask. Other than that I would highly recommend this dealership! Will be returning .

Jimmy **** was great.
Just that the wait time was so long like 3+ hours. I understand you guys are busy but what's the point in making an appointment if it's going to take that long. I would suggest to make a study on how long the techs are taking with each car and try to improve the time it takes for a basic oil change. I dont mean to rush the tech just that you have to figure out a plan to save time for the customer and the techs. Work smarter not harder.
