Claimed I needed my transmission fluid done and said that it was one of the codes identified as well as my injection line cleaned. But when I looked the codes that my car had given me up Honda’s website, it was incorrect and neither of those codes indicated that I needed those two particular services done. I was overcharged for service I did not need. Customer service was great besides that.

I was advised that I would need to purchase new tires. Not a surprise since I was told during a previous service visit that I would be due in the near future . The point I’m making is there was no big sales pitch to purchase tires from Mr. Jamili, which I appreciated. I was given a written estimate for the costs and Mr. Jamili told me the price was good thru the end of the month.
