There were some minor issues and I almost feel that if I hadn’t followed up regarding my vehicle, I would’ve had to wait even longer than I did today (full day) to hear anything regarding my vehicle. However, Jimmy was apologetic regarding the matter, but I feel like it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Apparently there was miscommunication with Rock Honda’s team members, at least that what I observed/experienced.
