when I first dropped my car offthey called me back maybe 10 minutes later asked me for my key I forgot or they forgot to ask for my keys. Then it's around 5:45 and no one's called me to tell me if my car is ready I called up to the service station and the guys says yeah it's ready and I asked him why didn't anybody call me and tell me I'm sitting here waiting you guys close at 6 he just repeated it's ready
