Came in for prepaid service on oil change and tire rotation, and to check alarm that wasn’t working. They said I needed $490 worth of xtra routine maintenance had to take loaner vehicle because they couldn’t finish it. When I got it back the next day I got home to set alarm.... still wasn’t working.

From the beginning, he appeared uninterested in addressing the services I scheduled. I scheduled an oil change, alignment, and inspection of my shifter which a piece broke. He started by telling me I would have to leave my car till Monday because the warranty company was closed on weekends. I told him he could take photos and call on Monday vs me leaving my car just to sit. He said well he didn’t even believe they had a filter for my car and still had to order it. I advised I purchased my car there and only ever bring it to Rock Honda did servicing and have never had an issue. He picked up the phone and called who ever just to confirm my filter was in fact in stock. He said it would take 2 hours to service my car and promised to call me when ready. 3 hours later I had to call and speak with the receptionist who confirmed my car had been ready. The cards at the desk of the service rep said Oly **** but this survey is for Eduardo?

I called in to confirm a recall on my air bag system as the check engine light has been on all year, the person that answered the phone took all my information including my vin#. She confirmed and said, “all Hondas” have a recall for air bags. So I made an appointment and came in. The person that helped me check in my vehicle told me that per my vin# there is no recall for my air bag system. I explained what the person told me who helped me on the phone, she said no recall on my car but they could do a diagnostic check for $155. That is ridiculous and unacceptable. How is one person going to tell me something on the phone and other in person. I am very disappointed and will never return to this Honda location.
