This is the second time I bring the car in and attempt to get chipped paint repaired. Both times was with an appointment. First time was scheduled with an oil change. Upon receiving the car I noticed the chip wasn’t fixed. Attendant apologized and said it would be done “next time”. The second visit was with a recall/update. It was during this second appointment that I was told, paint repairs can take all-day or possibly over night. The car was purchased in January 2020, along with the added body repair warranty. Because I drove off the lot hours later and after sun went down. I noticed the chip 2 days later.

Made an appointment and yet watched as a full line of cars were checked in and moved before I was ever assisted (other than checking in). Car was not complimentary washed as I was told by several people (although not Honda themselves) that it should have been. Work was done quickly but felt as though the complimentary ride was a hassle for me to ask to use. Driver was courteous and friendly. The dealership is conveniently located nearby my home, however I am open to going elsewhere as the service I received overall was subpar even with making an appointment.
