I recently moved to the area and this was my first time at Rock Honda, I had a very good experience. Tiffany was right on time, I didn’t have to wait at all, she then promptly got me a shuttle ride back home. When it was time to pick my car up Tiffany got me out of there in what seemed like two minutes. It was a very good experience.

I had called to make an appointment 3 days prior, asked about the pricing for a transmission drain service for my type of car and had the appointment made. When I arrived they did not have records of the appointment. When I was told my car was ready and received the paperwork I mentioned my 15% Costco membership discount but I was told I could not get it applied to my payment because apparently the price I was given already had a discount. However that price was the price given to me 2 times on different occasions I had called to inquire about the pricing for that specific service. I was not told anything about the price being a discounted one then. I don't appreciate being lied to about the pricing and making it seem like I had the wrong information when I was just stating information given to me by your representatives.

I was dissatisfied with Mariano because he didn’t set the right timeline he told me it would be less than two hours and I ended up waiting more than two. After the second hour I had to ask another employee about my car and I found out it was ready. I was not notified when my car was ready. I hope next time someone calls.

Had a 10:30 appointment, didn’t leave the dealership till after 11am. Got a call at 1:19pm stating my car was ready for pick up. I said I would need a shuttle ride back to the dealership. I was told the driver would call me to get my address. I had to call back at 2:43 cause no one had called. I was told my name was never put down bully a different person I was talking to. I was told my name was gonna be written down. I was called at 3:44 saying they were going to try and get to me soon, it was all depending on which driver was able to get to me first. I was finally picked up at 4:22pm. When I got there I got a mere apology, as if it wasn’t a big deal. I had to cancel my daughters tutoring session and lost money because it was a last second cancellation because I was waiting for 3 hours to get a shuttle to get my car. It took longer to get a shuttle than to have the service done. Then to get a half assed apology as if it was no big deal was even more unacceptable. So I would give my experience today a 1 out of 10.
