The waiting room was not clean. No one asked me if I've been helped and no one offered us water or a ice cream I had my young son and daughter .
Other people were being helped. This was the worst experience we have
ever had at Rock Honda Fontana. I Never even got a reminder text like I've always have. I will be looking for another Honda Dealership to get my car service at.

Made and appointment to have sun roof realigned. When we arrived, lady drove up after we arrived and “2” men goes up to help ahead of us. The gentleman came up and said “it’s closed”. Yet, we made an appointment to get it correctly aligned. Our whole day was interrupted by this appointment because they would not take the time to properly diagnose issue. Therefore, we had to reschedule another day, Monday, to get the matter corrected!!
You make an appointment, they are slow to complete service, and your day is centered around this time. In addition, they do not have loaner cars for customers! Poor service.
