My experience would have been happier if the mechanic would have contacted me before the service. Not knowing what was the service that it really needed I would have been happy if somebody would have communicated with me before the $1,000 on my service on my vehicle. I think I would have been nice if somebody would have contacted me first

Initially I was not too happy. My car sat at the dealer for hours and was not serviced. I understand there was a power outage in the area. However, my car was at the dealer for some hours before the power outage occured. I was told they made an exception because I didn't have an appointment so my car had to be squeezed in. This was pretty upsetting seeing as Rock honda only services by appointment. I am fully aware of this being that my car has been serviced before at rock honda, in which I had to make an appointment. I was also told that the power outage happened 30 minutes after i dropped my car off which was also not true. I was still at the dealer well over 30 minutes after I left my car with the employees. I didn't appreciate that no one would take responsibility for all of the inconvenience. I also didn't appreciate the inconsistencies. However, when I returned the next day everything was done promptly which was greatly appreciated.
