As always from driving in to the bay we are always greeted by the best customer employees in all of Fontana. The service writer great help and attitude. Explained all the details and what to expect as well as directing us to the comfortable customer waiting room. Our vehicle was completed sooner than expected. I received a text that my service was completed and that the paperwork would take a few minutes to complete. Thirty minutes later I was still not called by Rufino. He was not at the desk so I asked another service advisor why I had not been called yet. I was sitting in the waiting room. He went and found my paperwork in a cabinet. I am disappointed that I was waiting an extra half hour when everything was complete. This is not the first time that this has happened. As I was sitting there numerous other customers were being brought to the cashier by their advisor. I am strongly considering going to Norm Reeves where I used to take my cars, even though Rock Honda is the closest dealer.
