Mr Damore was very accommodating and attentive. He answered my concerns and followed up on questions I asked, in a timely manner. My only complaint is that twice I called to speak to Service Department and the phone just rang for 3 minutes! So, I had to drive back to the dealership to make my inquiry after already being their for 2 1/2 hours for service. I reside in San Jacinto so it would be nice to be able to reach the service department via telephone. Even an option to leave a message in hopes of a call back would help. But , I would continue to use Rick Honda for my automobile care.
