Came in indicated the display read a12 service. Service was completed but inspection and road test didn’t note the left side pull of the alignment I was aware of. Engine air Filter was replaced however they were in good order as the had just been replaced at my last oil change and a visual inspection wouldn’t have warranted replacement if they were attentive. My brakes are all noted at the same wear level despite my knowledge that they are not having been replaced at differing intervals by Metro Honda. As was my tread depth measured at same depth despite knowing a single tire was replaced due to side wall damage and has more tread than the others. When mentioning to service person no attempt was made to address concerns. I switched service from Metro to Rock as learned from this was a corporate training location for Honda service. I’m disappointed and troubled that I paid for services and am unsure of any were actually performed as it appears it wasn’t done to expectations, mine or Honda’s. Noted there were no floor mat protections observed and was returned an unwashed car.

Tiffany was a very nice rep. Was not rude at all, I very much appreciated that. She addended my car very quickly. Not sure if she’s new but the routine was not what I’m used too. Usually when I go, the servicing routine is consistent. The issues i had on my visit was, number one, we didn’t do an inspection on my car for the dents and scratches. Number two, I didn’t get a print out of my alignment and how it was fixed so not to sure if it was completely done. It states it on my receipt but I’m not completely convinced with that. Number 3, I asked if the battery was also checked and tested because I had an issue with Rock Honda about that last year. She stated yes, I looked over my printed receipt and it does not show that the battery was checked. Finally, I asked for a shuttle, she said it would be 15 min. I waited at Rock Honda my whole visit and by the time she came over, my car was already done. Waited an hour or more for the shuttle. It would have been nice to know that the shuttle wouldn’t be there in 15. I understand shuttles can take time depending on an individuals address but I would have appreciated if she gave me a head up letting me know that it wouldn’t be arriving.. As I said earlier, she was very nice but a lot was missed.. I have two kids and travel long distances at times, I was even planning on taking them to the snow once it falls again. I can’t risk my car getting stuck or malfunctioning over something small. It’s happened before with Rock Honda and I’m not willing to go through that again. Thank you, have a nice day.

Customer service by Rufino was the best I have ever experienced. Had rodent damage in my vehicle and had no idea it was covered by insurance until Rufino mentioned it. I called and it was which saved me thousands of dollars. Much appreciated
