From the start this has been a HORRIBLE experience. My payment is coming & Rock Honda Had my car longer than I’ve had my car. I still have to take my car back because things weren’t done right to my car. It’s beyond frustrating & really haven’t had the time to go in & complain or call back to the general manager. Hopefully soon when I have time things will get fixed. I was charged for the rental when I wasn’t told I was. The leather in my car was wrong twice. The tint on my car is wrong. When picking up my car from Honda after them having it my car was on empty. Hopefully I can schedule a date soon to speak to the general manager.
