Horrible experience, I noticed the service at Rock Honda keeps going down hill. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and I doubt I will be returning. I literally sat in my car for 35 minutes before I spoke to the customer service representative. After the service I was told that my car would be right up, I again had to wait another 15 minutes. I finally flagged someone down to inquire about my vehicle. The employee apologized and stated he would bring my car out. I observed many employees and I got the impression as of their is a lack of leadership! Everyone seems to be walking around clueless. I will take my business elsewhere where they seem to care about the customer.

would like to see more regarding customer compliance wearing mask. if not complyent should be asked by management to go outside. they put everyone at risk including tbemselves.

I came to this location for the first time 10/10/20 we are new to the area. Let me start by saying I have been going to the Honda in Cerritos CA since 2016. I really disliked my visits with them, but that’s where I bought my car, I am a very loyal customer. I had the pleasure with working with Jimmy **** (advisor). I would never drop so much money at once without researching everything he was recommending, but he was informative, I felt like I could trust him, and he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations with Honda from my previous experience. All my visits have been in and out not much said in between. Jimmy took the time to learn about me, listened to me ramble about my car history, and gave me positive feed back. I was incredibly fed up with Honda until today. Thank you!
