I never spoke to anyone until I called at about 5pm. When we arrived to pick up our car, we were told that we declined several recommendations, some major. A note was left about the rear brakes and that we may not make it on our trip. We were also told we need to have both axels replaced! On a 2012 Accord with 110,000 miles!

When I came in to the dealership the first service Advicer was not helpful at he is one cubicle away from Greg he is Latino with a tattoo on his right forearm he was very rude telling or saying to me why was I there and I told him that I had talk to someone that I could not remember his name but when I walked up to Greg I remember his name is Ruben but still the Latino guy did not let me explained why was I was at the dealership until I told I just need for some one to fix my tire that it had a nail instead of the Latino guy saying we could fix he made a big deal a little thing that could been fix it’s like the Latino guy was trying not to have my business so I walked up to Greg and he was very helpful and his service was great if I do come back to this dealership I would go to Greg or ask for him to help me out in my service needs for my car To get service

I went there at 9;15 for my 9:30 am appointment. At 10:12 I received a text telling me that my car is already done. A guy gave me the paper and told me to wait outside for my car. I waited for an hour just to receive my car. Poor customer service.
