This is the third time in a row that I’ve got my oil changed and something has happened after I left. First time I drove to the gas station after my oil change and all my caps for my tires were gone and my hubcap was hanging off I almost lost it on the freeway so whoever rotated my tires just slapped on them hubcaps and decided not to put the tire caps back on. Second time got all the way home the guy that changed my oil forgot to put the screws back on the plastic cover that covers my oil pan under my car it was scraping on the ground on the freeway my son had to get under my car and put screws on it because I couldn’t drive anywhere because it would’ve been bent all the way back. Now today as soon as I drive away I get for 5 miles down the road my tire gauge light to come on saying I have a low tire so I turn around drive all the way back to find out the guy forgot to re-calibrate the tires after he rotated them. I had my granddaughter this time so this was the one that really upset me because I thought oh God I’m gonna get a flat flat tire on the freeway and we’re going to crash! I’m thinking I’m gonna start going to Redlands Honda for my services the only reason I come to your Fontana location is because I purchased my car there but I really feel like if they’re going to make small mistakes God for bid what kind of big mistakes are they making when they’re servicing my car!

The problems that I brought up were not addressed. I got my vehicle back in worse condition than when I bought it in with very disappointed with my experience so far. These issues with the service need to be addressed and resolved.
