Arif, was such a great help from beginning to end. When I 1st arrived at the dealership concerned about the weather stripping that had came off, Arif told me he would order and call once it arrived. Now we’ve all had customer service associates tell us all that same thing and not follow through. Needless to say that was not the case Arif called once the weatherstripping came in, he scheduled my appointment when I arrive to the dealership he came out to greet me make sure I had a shuttle to get home call me once my car was done. Overall a great experience and exceptional customer service.

I asked Arif the prices for filters. He said they were $50 to $60 a piece so I was going to have you guys install but I went and asked parts and they were 25-30 a piece. I ended up just buying them and will install myself. Arid was very kind and concerned for my tire and encouraged me to get a new tire. I know my safety is his concern for that I am grateful
