My adviser was very friendly. I sent in an email explaining what I’m upset about, it’s with the mechanic who left a mess all over the front of my car and left black scratch marks that wiped off but it left a small mark. Maybe the email went to the sales department. Maybe you can locate it? I’m sorry but I will be taking my car elsewhere. Thank you though.

I. Had made an appointment for an oil change at 10am. I know wind was bad on Thursday. It took me almost an hour to get checked in, and another hour or so put a new battery in. The battery that was supposedly bad was changed out by you people about a year ago because the original battery gave out, had to jump the car to get to Honda. I'm just wondering what's going on with these cheap batteries. Now the new battery I was told has a 7yr. Warranty, never herd of a battery lasting that long. Hope it does. Oh yes I was wondering why I still had to pay a co pay on another bad battery.? Doesn't sound right to me.oh ya and we haven't had our car even 4 yrs.yet.
