Greg provided great customer service today! To my disappointment when I got home I noticed that my key chain only had the key to my car, it was missing the car alarm that the key fits inside. I had to drive back to the dealership and Greg came outside and helped me find the controller that had fell in between my seats. I’m guessing that whom ever worked on my car didn’t put the car key back inside my controller.

Yes , Tiffany did a great job.
The only problem and totally not with Tiffany,
It’s Rock Honda service appts. Tried for 2 days was texting with 3 different people who all said someone will get back to you as soon as they are free. I heard from no one. I came in without an appt.
Someone needs to answer the phone or get back to you.

Greg Damore got the job done. He went the extra mile for me. I had a recall on my Honda Insight and I made the appt thru the Honda website for Sunday. But recalls are never done on weekends. But Greg went the extra mile by finding a tech that would do the repairs and he didn’t send me home to come back another day. That’s what great service is about. Thank you Greg
