Kat was amazing! Knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. I must say it was the best customer service I’ve received at this dealership by an advisor! I was impressed!
The cashiers require customer service skills training. At least twice now I’ve experienced some challenges with at least one cashier. She does not only lack customer service skills but basic etiquete as well. I seriously feel it’s a maturity issue or lack thereof.
