Overall not good service
They call me and I missed the call when I did call back nobody answered and I call the front office they transferred me same thing nobody answered
I decided to go to the dealer, I got there I wait about 15 minutes several people pass by and nobody ask if I need help all of them were in their own business, I waited a fey more minutes and I decided to ask a guy if he knows where Taylor was until then he wrapped my papers from her desk guide me to the cashier and tell me to wait outside for the car. I used to go Penske Honda and they always washed my car but at rock Honda they didn't .

I had an good experience with Jimmy , nothing to do with him that made me not enjoy my experience ... I had an appointment at 11 i was told it would only be an hour by the person i spoke to about my appointment , I ended up not getting my car back till 1:15 ... 2 hours later all i needed done was an oil change & tire rotation ... i saw multiple people get there after me and some how left before me ...
