I had an appointment at 1pm for service. I had to wait 20 min for a technician to come out and assist me. I arrived 10 min early to my appointment. When I asked when I would be helped I was told my technician was at lunch and would have to wait since they were backed up. I was not happy hearing this because I had an appointment at 1:45pm that I had with my daughter. I shared my concern and Eddie the technician was able to help me. I don’t think the technician who scheduled me should not schedule appointments during their lunch hour. If I hadn’t said something, who knows how lunch longer I would’ve had to wait. A 20 min wait to drop off my vehicle was not convenient especially when I made an appointment in advance.

Anthony was great! His customer service was excellent, when I first arrived the girl that greeted me I didn't get her name told me that they were no longer excepting appointments after 3 PM even though my appointment was made for 330 and then I would have to reschedule I asked to speak with the manager. My car was excepted and Anthony what's my service advisor. He totally changed my mood from being annoyed when I first got there to being happy that I was treated so well by him. I would say that He is definitely an asset to be on your team. It's customer service like his that make me happy to return to rock Honda to service my vehicle.
