As usual I was treated welll. He explained what needed to be done and the cost ahead of time to ensure I understood the charges and agreed to it and promised they will get me out on time to go to work with an estimated time of 2hrs wait but my car was ready in less than the 2 hrs and I was happy because I was able to get to work on time.
