Had to wait one hour after car was done, received text saying to wait a few minutes for paper work!!!! I received a call that my car was done at 12:10 pm then a text at 12:30 stating paperwork. I went up to person next to Rufino, he paged Rufino at 12:35. He did come back to to his station until 1:30. The I complained that I had to wait one hour for paperwork???. He just made excuses and said I should have told someone, I told him I did and that he was paged. I was finally out of there at 1:40 pm. Too many workers in the office just standing around talking and laughing with each other. Too many excuses!!!! Not enough work!
