Difficult to reach the service dep. to schedule an appt for an oil change.
The oil change before this one I called twice, tried to use the app to schedule, app did not work, I left messages for a call back, did not receive one until I told the receptionist that answered the phone the problem calling them, and she connected me to them This time I called, no call back, I tried the app, it worked this time. I called today (the day of service) to verify. Receptionist went over to ask them the time since I told them transferring me would do no good. They don’t answer the phone.
