For an oil change and was told it’s week and a half out.
This is the only dealership that I have ever been to that that does not have a fast oil change department.
You will loose business and sales with that business model.

I have no issue with a particular employee my questions have been answered every time I have called; however my car has been at your dealership for two weeks waiting for back ordered parts. I would appreciate being kept up to date better than I have been. I have been the one initiating the calls not the other way around.
