There were several greasy finger prints left inside our Highlander. We gotten most off but still have one spot to work on. Everything else was great.

I was told my service appointment which was at 11:00 a. m. , would take approximately an hour and that someone would call my cell phone and let me know when my car was ready to be pickup. I finally called the service department around 3:00 p.m. and was told my car was finished. I asked why didn’t someone call me? Was told someone forgot. ( According to my service ticket it was finished at 12:21 p. m.)
This was a huge inconvenience to me as I was told that there weren’t enough employees to take me back to work when I dropped it off. So by the time I discovered my car was ready to be picked up my ride had already left and I had to find another way to pickup my vehicle.
I do not understand why your service department cannot provide a ride for their customers or provide a loaner car to accommodate them. I even told them my place of employment was only 3 miles away.
I do. know other dealerships do provide that service and are happy to help.

Apparently some work done for a replacement key was not necessary. The electronic portion of my key was intact and not in need of programming. All it needed was a key and empty fob. The new key needed cutting but the guts worked partly. The programming did not correct or fix the guts of the fob.
