I waited for about 70 minutes for an oil change. I was told "they" (I'm assuming the service department staff) were in a meeting. I got the impression my car was finished, but there was no one to check me out. Seems like there should be a better way to do this. Plus, almost every time I come in for just an oil change it takes over an hour--even though I have an appointment and I'm on time.

The service requested for my vehicle recall has not been performed. I had an appointment- took in my vehicle - was called four days later saying they didn’t know when they would get to my car and I should call Hopkinsville Toyota. This is very frustrating because I am not a customer at Hopkinsville Toyota. We have purchased our last six cars from Toyota of Murray and feel that Toyota of Murray should take care of my vehicle recall in a timely manner. I am still waiting to hear when you can service the vehicle.
