Excellent service!! The service department went above and beyond, even though they couldn’t find what was wrong with my car, he definitely seemed to care!
I love the personality of the service manager- tech, he’s the best I have experienced in a while!! I would definitely be back!!

Service is really good , with all due respect , my interior is off white and I keep my car clean and tidy ,whenever I get service , after the service there is a black finger print in my car interior and it’s so hard to get them off , please be careful next trip , aside from that , all is very polite and we’re happy with the service and that’s why we keep coming and drive an hour even though we have Toyota in Paducah .

When them boys pulled it out of the garage and test drive it and came back in to park, they basically were “HOT WHEELING” my truck????, then why died 2 have to go out and test drive bc my passenger seat ( which still look brand new) had grease all over it and few spots in the driver seat????so i basically had to wipe my whole truck down ( door handles, gear shift, turn my air on full blast which I had off) WAS VERY DISSATISFIED with the QUALITY of SERVICE on a 50,000 dollar truck!!!!????????????
