Overall I am satisfied. Was very surprised my skid plate was not reinstalled when I was told the truck was ready. Thankfully I think it was an issue of a young mechanic and the master mechanic fixed it quickly. But that never should have happened in the first place, or I should have been told ahead of time, or something. You can’t just say the vehicle is ready when a major part has been inexplicably not been replaced. Probably the strangest experience I have had at your service department over the years.

Cking in/out was fine, the middle was aggravating-oil change & software update started at 9 am-sat in the waiting area until 11:45 when I finally asked what was going on w/my car-turns out the WiFi was spotty & not downloading. You would think, if they’re having issues to let the customer know-I shouldn’t have had to ask; I did get a loaner after I said something. I don’t normally complain but that was beyond normal practices
