I brought my car in because it had 3 recalls on in. While it was in I thought it would be nice to find out why a check engine lite was on. Nope. The light had been on streaky since the day after I made the appointment. After words I not only didn’t get the information about the code. I found that had been erased. Now I’m worse off than I was because a the part store had nothing to read. I also complained to a man at the reception desk and was told I should take my car somewhere else. So this is what 40 years of loyalty gets a Loyal Bowenscarff customer. I just wish I could complete my Maverick purchase with another dealer now. This situation leaves such a bad feeling about the dealership. The general manager was no help either.

2nd try maybe don’t really want comments. Visit to perform recall on wife's car. Check engine light on within 100 feet of parking lot at 1:30pm called service department they said could not see till next day maybe. No return call. I diagnosed finding air cleaner connector not installed, started and drove 3 times engine light now out. I am disappointed first that service department released vehicle to wife with engine light on and second after my call was not told to return to resolve and that service manager did not make a follow up call.
