Corrine Wheeler is a phenomenon when it comes to customer service. She is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. We have a chronic issue with out car that has not been fixed in 18 months of bringing it in. It is not for lack of trying by Bryan and Matt and Corrine. I can not fault the car e they have shown us and it is so very frustrating to have these issues continue on and on esp when the fixes do not work and we shell out more and more $$$$$$. So.....am I satisfied with the customer care, I most certainly am and can't say enough good about the team. I am dissatisfied with the fact that the problems have not been fixed and we are now looking at a 2k expenditure to fix something that started when the car was under warranty

My backup camera had failed it was no longer functioning when I picked up the car it looks like it was not reprogrammed correctly and the predictive steering feature of the camera is not functional. I've already sent a follow-up email to Kyle to advise next week thank you so much.

I live 40 minutes from your dealership and chose there because it's close to work. I expressed while booking as well as during the day before reminder and when dropping off the truck that I really needed it done by the end of the day so that I can get home. I got assurance that it shouldn't be an issue
I brought my truck in at 8:45, got a txt saying it's in good hands at 11 and then a call at 330 from Eric saying it hasn't been looked at yet and it needs to be kept overnight or rescheduled. I needed to get home, so I chose to pick up my truck and skip the service & recall work. Im very dissapointed, If there is a loaner car service, I was never offered it. Eric didn't really seem to care and said it's because I should have dropped it off earlier.
