This is actually Norm Bailey, but I got the answers from Tia (Theresa). I’ve been a very happy customer since 1996 when I bought our first Explorer off of the showroom floor. The support and service have been non-stop excellent. We ain’t ever king anywhere else. Even our dogs have enjoyed relaxing in the comfy waiting room for short turnaround services.

I was shocked by the cost of repairs, However I am grateful for the meticulous inspection that Bowen Scarff Ford did and found other issues that needed to be fixed on my vehicle. One question; How many 2010 ford fusions with manual transmissions were produced?

Corrine was awesome !! It was disappointing to know that you could not rotate my tires due to swollen lug nuts. Ford has no solution to this problem. It is extremely disappointing to know that if I get a flat tire I may not be able to get the lug nut off or may not be able to get the lug nut back on.being able to rotate tires is an essential part of preserving your tire ware. So disappointing !! Again Corrine is awesome !! Ford **** !!

I don’t blame Corine or Katherine personally, but the entire experience was disappointing . If an employee wants to call me (****-****-xxxx) I will clearly explain the issues we had. The end result is I will likely be buying my future car, and servicing my current truck, at another dealership.

This should have been covered under the factory warranty at no cost to me. I tried to schedule the repair and an oil change back in July when my mileage was below 35,000 and my warranty was still active but there were no appointments available until mid August. Unfortunately I was going to be on a road trip out of state at that time so I asked that my mileage and warranty be noted at that time so it would be covered. I scheduled the oil change but was told there was no openings to do the warranty work at that time, early September was the earliest they could get me in for the oil change but not the warranty work. So I scheduled the warranty work at the next available time in October. When I came to the dealer ship I was told that the factory warranty would not be honored because It was past the mileage and the warranty time which ended in late August even though I had tried getting my truck worked on in July. This was not any fault of Corrine my service writer but apparently fell to the discretion of the service manager and Ford who chose not to honor the warranty although everything was set in motion prior to the warranty expiring and was told I had to pay a customer participation fee of a $100.00 + Tax. I am very disappointed in the this decision and therefore quit recommending people buy a Ford based on this outcome. Bowen Scarff has been a pretty good dealership other than not being able to get the warranty work done in a timely manner and the poor decision by the decision makers not to honor the warranty.
