Completely satisfied with the work. My only complaint would be that simple/common parts such as headlight lamps aren’t kept in stock locally and had to wait an extra day or so for delivery.

I have always liked the service at Bowen Scarff Ford. The thing I do not like is getting texts from the general company before 10 o’clock in the morning. I have now received one at 4:00 AM and another one at 7:00 AM, both of which woke me up. That is very upsetting when I am trying to get a good nights sleep. Please do not text me before 10:00 AM nor after 9:00 PM. If you cannot schedule your calls at appropriate times, please do not text me or call me at all. Thank you.

I am unhappy the way I was treated when I picked up my truck. The invoice was not discussed. I had to pay for window washing fluid and to top it off they had my truck for 2 days and when I took it home they were supposed to reset the computer and now it is telling me to get an oil change. What is up with that.
