Took my car in because my car was turning off while I was driving.They did a diagnostic and found the problem .Charged me $650 to fix the problem, they called me saying my car is ready. I go and pay for your service. While I’m driving home my car turns off, the exact problem why I took my car in. I payed $650. So my car could have the same problem. If you want me to rate your service it would be a zero.

It was unclear when online I authorized ok on service it included upcharge for cabin filter then gave me total of $83.i paid onine and when I picked up car I was told bill was was $80 more for cabin filter. The extra should have been noted when I oked service. Bill was adj by charging for the part only $30, I do the cabin filer myself for a cost of $18 using geniune Kia parts. Everything Else was great

Michael is the best service person I have ever had since I’ve started driving! Make sure you guys give him a raise. He is very diligent and he provides service as if it was his own vehicle. Seemed like he was new. Pushing for unnecessary services that were conveniently uncovered. Checking in took a considerable amount of time, my ride was being told to move his vehicle for waiting so long for me. Later when my vehicle was ready, he called my number, then proceeded to state that he doesn't know who he called and asking what my name was.
