The rental car experience was terrible and Oscar's attempt to help with it was for me to do it myself. Also, the repair is not fixed completely.

Recieved a text that my kia was ready for pick up and to give them time to get it ready and wash it. I paid $175 for a diagnostic of what was needed and didn't get the vehicle back washed. I had the same vehicle in for repairs 8 months ago and spend $1,500 and even at that time I didn't even get a car wash.
