The car was left my car pretty dirty, tire alignment wasn’t done well since my steering wheel still felt loose after, I wasn’t informed that the oil had changed from 5W 20 to 5W 30 meaning it went from half synthetic to full synthetic and I wasn’t made aware of it so I when I called back that’s when they had told me but no one ever told me that they had changed to four synthetic. I wish I would’ve informed me that now Kia has changed it I imagine it’s because of the recent increase in oil prices, but next time I would like to be informed I’ll probably be going to all-star Kia from now on

I dropped off my car at 0745 for an 0800 appointment for a recall. At 1300 on my way to work I noticed my van parked in the parking lot. I contacted my wife to go pick it up. My wife picked it up and advised me that I have to bring back the van on Friday the 22nd of April 2022 to have the recall parts replaced since they have to be ordered. I never received a phone call advising me that the recall parts had to be ordered and I would need to bring the van back at a later date. My van sat at the dealer all day and nothing was done to it. Even though he was extremely busy with another customer and on phone hold, Michael took a moment to tell me that he would assist me as soon as possible. Once he got to me, Michael completed the necessary paperwork in a friendly and professional manner even though calls continued to come in. The other customer assistants were also busy so the service desk was a continuous beehive of activity including work related conversations.
