Bringing my KIA to you was a very wise choice. Kevyn was outstanding in his communication with me on the day-to-day status on my Kia's recall corrections along with the regular service protocols. He listened to my concerns and answered by questions. I live in Fontana, but I past other Kia dealerships between here and there, including one right down the street from me. Kudos to your service department in general and Kevyn in particular.

When my car broke down, I took it to Covina Valley KIA, sure that they would remedy the situation and have me back in my car in no time. Despite having to wait 2 weeks for my appointment, I still had confidence in the service center. When my vehicle was finally taken in and returned to me, I was assured that the problem had been addressed. I was told that the foreman even performed a test drive over two days to assure that my car would not break down on the road again. I was shocked when I was driving on the freeway a few days later when the same issue came up again - my car slowly lost power, every light on my dash illuminated, and I scarily pulled off to the side of the freeway and called AAA with my girlfriend and dog in the car. I returned the car to Covina Valley KIA and this time, they assured me they would take a closer look to see what happened. I picked my car up a week later. That same day, driving back from work, my car, again, died on the freeway. This time, thankfully, I was alone - I pulled off to the side of the freeway in rush hour traffic, in disbelief. I spent $575 at this service center. When I release my car to you, I expect you to fix what’s wrong with it. You failed. And put me in danger. Because I am young, I feel you took advantage of me. If it has been someone else, someone older, best believe, you would hear from them. Instead, I will take my car elsewhere with hopes that they can do better than whatever you’ve done for me this past month. I can only hope that someone else doesn’t waste their money like I did at your service center and put their faith in your work the way I did. I hope someone learns from the scathing Yelp and Google reviews I plan on leaving.
