I searched around for dealership that would take my car in for service. Everyone said they were booked and just brushed me off and we’re very rude. After searching around at every dealership in the inland Empire I finally found somebody who was polite when he answered the phone And introduced him self. Listen to my situation and my needs and got me in there as quick as possible. He took the time to listen to my situation instead of brushing me off and telling me they just didn’t have the time. He gave me pacific instructions on where to take my car and he made my appointment he answered my question the day of towing my car in and kept me updated with everything that was going on all the way until the tow truck off there he assured me my car was secure and safe. I will only take my car back to Covina Kia for any other needs I need for my car!
