When I dropped off my car, my key fob was perfectly fine . When I picked it back up , I almost thought it was a different key fob, as it was totally scratched and messed up when I went back I told Lexi about it. She said she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t really look at it before. She told me that they did wash my car . Then I drove away across the street to citrus car wash and completely washed my car..(inside and out). As I was waiting for my car, I started to think wait a minute, I just gave this company business gave them money. Trusted them with my property and they brought it (key)back damaged and I should be OK with that.?????That doesn’t sound right.. I drove away and I called Covina kia and spoke to another person, and he said that they probably just gave me a different key….,,that my key is in the car somewhere that I should look for it. I thought all of this was very odd and felt very uneasy about it so I called back and asked to speak to a manager and she was very helpful and I told her I don’t mean to be a pain but this is very odd. I left my property with this place, and it came back damaged…..Adam called me and told me he would take care of it. Maybe he means by giving me a new key fob which I really think he’s trying to do his best. I get it, but at the same time I just don’t understand why it got messed up in the first place. I actually thought that it was a different key because it looks so different , I was just a little put off by taking my car there, spending more than I expected, because they told me I had to get something else done, time estimate was not correct. Then, when I collected my car, my key fob is all scratched and peeled off. It looked like it was 10 years old..

fantastic Service.

I took my car for an oil consumption. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and called the day before to confirm the reason I was taking it for and confirm it was a recall that would cover an engine replacement. I know I spoke to a woman but I don’t recall her name. When I went in Michael let me know there is no recall and I had to pay $700 for the process. I did T leave my car because I felt I was getting mislead. I came home and looked online there is a lawsuit against Kia for ALL Kias for oil consumption. I am not very happy with the miss leading information.
