I was extremely satisfied with the customer service Adam provided and also stated that on YELP as well. My only issue was with the car rental end of it. The rental company would debit my account with no notification of when they would do it or how much cost me $643.77 I should not have been charged. As far as KIA service I was very satisfied

Communication was horrible I had to call to get updates on my car. No one even called me when it was completed I had to call to see if it was ready. When I called they already had the information on what was wrong and needing an okay to move forward so if I didn’t call how long was it going to take. Would I have had to wait another day? It’s bad enough I had to leave my car overnight. Why is it if you make an appointment for one day like I did for Wednesday you have to wait until the next day for your car to be looked at?! It seems pointless to have appointment if my car wasn’t even worked on the day I scheduled which was over 3 weeks out to begin with. If I drop off at 7am and have until 6 pm seems like more could have been done. Also when calling the service department 15 minute hold times is unacceptable.

Michael Connolly is always pleasant and had my vehicle thoroughly assessed to ensure my safety. 100.000 mile service. Repair of hoses for the wiper fluid receptacle, new spark plugs, and brakes. Now my car is good to go for 2023. All in one day to save me time. He is great. It is always pleasant to see him there when I arrive.

Oscar overcharged me for my oil change. I presented him a Kia discount card that listed $15 off for purchases between $50-100 and he only discounted me $10. I didn’t realize until I read the receipt at home. I will be returning for my $5 refund and hope that I will be able to get that money back. I called at 5pm when I had noticed and nobody picked up the phone.
