Customer service wasn’t good. I never received calls back as I was told. No one could ever help me except by saying they’d have them call me back and no one would call. I’d call multiple times a day and nothing. My car sat at the shop for over a week and it was extremely frustrating. I left messages with people, on recorders and still nothing. I was hung up on multiple times and left on hold multiple times. At one point I called to speak to a manager and yet again was told he’d call me back and never received a cal from

It was very nice to interact with Lexi; she answered all my questions and calmed my concerns about my damaged RF tire and tire rim. It was hard to get the appointment initially, and I was concerned when the service tech said I might have to leave my car for a day or two. I'm very grateful I was able to get all the maintenence done in one trip!

I called to make an appointment for the recall repair and an appointment was set up on Feb 14th. No repair was done due to the part was not in. I was told to come back today 16th anytime. I come at 7:30 and found out that the part is still not in. I am disappointed that the representative I spoke to did not check if the part is in before me driving to Kia dealership.
