First of it all it took the dealership 3 weeks to give me a diagnosis with no update I had to keep call to know my status then after that the prices to fix a part is outrageous and it took them another week to fix my car a whole month in the dealership with no car loan has been the worse experience

I was very pleased with as always with Miles service. Was not pleased to find out the dealership had been soled and the new owners were no longer honering their service contracts from costermers whose cars that were purchased before the sale . This will affect any new car purchases in the future. I have purchased four cars from covina valley kia since 2012 . If the service contract that I singed when i bought my current my current car .This will be the last car i will buy from covina valley kia .

Check engine light was on. So I made an appointment to have it checked out. I was told it would take 2-2 1/2 weeks to diagnose. I couldn’t leave my car there for that long. So I just had the oil changed and tires rotated. My appointment was at 10:30. The car wasn’t finished until after 3:30.

Due to the high number of employees calling out on the day of my service, my service took 3 hours even with an appointment time. While I understand this was no one fault it was an inconvenience. Additionally, I made my appointment online and the selection I choose listed a car wash as part of the service. When I received the message that my vehicle was close to be completed they said it would not be washed in order to save water. Again, that’s fine, but then do t put it on the list.

It took over one year to resolve our issue with the paint fading spoiler. We got this resolved finally but the headlights getting faded and the sides of the vehicle were not approved for fixing. How can Kia claim that they make good vehicles when they don’t back up their products. Even for this service. We were told 2 days and they took 5 to get fixed Leaving us without a vehicle for this long. Michael did everything he could but Kia needs to do better for us to have confidence in buying future cars with them.
