Erik and the team were great. This is the peace of mind that I expected when we decided to buy 2 Hondas and extend our warranty. Everything was taken care of, and we are left worry-free now about our vehicles! Still undecided about how we will replace our Hondas at the end of 5 years, but service like this will make the decision to stay with Honda much easier.

Service is great, prices are ridiculous. I got charged for a services which I assume is based upon a minimum of one hour charge for the mechanic, but the three services I required were all done in 35 minutes. That is straight robbery to charge me for an hour when it takes 15 minutes to do these services. You have lost a customer and I am going to try to convince others to stop going to you as well.
