I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment and get my car taken care of right away. Robert was incredibly kind, professional and even had a few jokes. Thank you guys for making it completely seamless

The service was great all around. Joshua answer all the questions I had .

I told the service advisor that I had previously purchased my battery from another Honda dealership and it was still under warranty. He immediately asked me if I had my receipt, which I did not have on hand, but told him it may be in my vehicle as well as my extended warranty. I feel like he asked me that only to mislead me. He said he called the dealership and they said I paid a prorated rate for the previous battery and I was no longer under warranty( My thoughts: if my previous battery was under warranty what prorated rate would I pay?makes NO SENSE). I told him I knew I paid full price and it was under warranty, he continued to ask me if I wanted them to change the battery full price.I felt as if he was pressuring me to pay full price when I knew that I was under warranty. I then told him I will check my receipts when I get on property and don't do anything until then. He then called me back later and told me that my battery was under warranty. When I returned to my vehicle he had looked and through my vehicle and found my receipt, which was not problem as I advised him my receipt was in my vehicle and that the battery was under warranty as I told him earlier. I felt as if he was lying to me to get me to pay out of pocket and no longer feel comfortable visiting this location because the service advisors are dishonest and only looking out for their best interest. Many times men take advantage of women when taking their cars in for service and I will not take that chance again at this location.

I had to come for a 2 nd appointment, which I did not like at all. I was asked to come for the first time and the car was in before 8 am and when I checked by 3 pm nothing was done on the car

Luis was super nice, very professional and courteous. I thought he did a great job of keeping me informed as well as letting me know what to expect in terms of pricing and such. My suggestion would be in terms of timing g do or the overall process, not specific to Luis . It was a little bit slow for the work that was getting done (A12 service). I know there was a lot of people. so I expected it, but it over an hour than estimated which set my expectations differently but otherwise it is great as always
