It was terrible.
I brought in a car on Monday morning as water is leaked from the roof. The cause was a window installation problem, and parts arrived only on Wednesday, so I tried to get my car back and tried to replan the repair.
But I was told on Monday 5:30 pm that my car was not able to return until Tuesday, because window was disassembled.It was too late.
He should advise me earlier, or he should prepared a car for replacement.
I needed a car to go to work, but he told me there was no car available.
So that I had difficulty 4days to go to work, until I was able to get my car back.
Overall he insisted on his convenience and continued to ignore my difficulties. He should think more about his customers, even though it was Warranty of new car.
