Our first experience at this dealership and received outstanding customer service from Andres Charry. So much so that I will trust him and your very qualified technicians with our Pilots service needs from now on.
I bought this, my first, Pilot a 2008 in 2018 and purchased an extended Warranty which was to expire on 12-15-21. I have health issues so I don't drive much any more having only put less than 5000 miles in those three years of ownership. On 12-13-21 I turned everything over to Andres and in quick order he had a complete inspection performed and Warranty work requested by the next day.
He then stayed on top of the denials and actually had them eventually reversed and saved us a lot of money in needed repairs.
We greatly appreciate the quality of service and the work performed.
In addition the Uber service you provide is much appreciated. A great plus.
